Orders are accepted by phone, fax, email or post. Please advise us of any special requirements regarding your delivery.
- Payment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Bankcard and contact us for our Bank details for Direct Debit Transfers.
- It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify Rosella Orchids of any import requirements pertinent to their state.
- P&P = $20 AUS

Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.
- Minimum international order is $500 (AUD).
- A 5% handling fee is charged to cover costs incurred in bare-rooting and packing.
- Cites documentation (if required) $35.00 per order, a Phytosanitory Certificate costs $93.00.
- You will also need to supply us with a copy of your import permit in order to obtain a Phytosanitory Certificate.
- Freight is at cost by either EMS or Airfreight (we will confirm cost of freight on receipt of your order).
